Code Red

If I’m gonna talk the talk, I gotta walk the walk. Something like that…..

I encourage that others, when they feel as I’m about to share, they speak up. Speak loudly. Speak urgently.

So, that’s what I’m doing.

CODE RED.

help

I feel awful, just miserable. Plus angry and sad. Possible mixed episode (Bipolar).

I need help. Not sure what kind even. Just know it’s time I reach out.

  1. Sorry – mixed episodes are so frustrating and confusing. If you need to vent/talk/cry – I’m here for you. I know how it is, and it’s awesome you are reaching out. Remember that when you reach out, you’ve taken a huge step for yourself. I always say how…when I’m in the thick of things, I don’t realize what I’m doing – isolating or whatever. It’s like – whatever you are for the day is what you are, and then you realize wait, no, I don’t like this. I always struggle with reaching out when I am depressed. I just clam up and disappear.

My email is mahbuttitches at gmail.com. Anything I can do

  2. Sorry you are having such a hard time. Remember it’s the brain chemistry and maybe you need a med tweek. I will be praying for you. You are not alone. A lot of us understand where you are at. Just try to take it one day at a time and take care of you.

  3. I can relate too, I’ve totally been there just the other week😞. It’s good that you’re in tune with what’s going on. These bipolar episodes come and go, and it’s not forever, as you probably know already. And it’s definitely hard to know the reason, it could be so many things: meds, sleep, activity level, nutrition and so on. I’ll be here if you need to vent or process anything! Sending lots of hugs❤️

  4. Such a struggle we go thru just to keep even. I’m sorry you’re in a hard spot. I would call and check w your doc, you’ve been thru this too long. If you don’t get results maybe it’s time for a new doc?
