If you have Bipolar Disorder, and if your current med/therapy/self-care plan is managing your symptoms for the most part, do you still see “shadow people?” If so, how often? Regularly? During extremely tired periods, or stressful times?

Oh my ! On DS we used to speak about “Shadow People” very often. Most of us had “Shadow People” experiences . The on line bipolar group I currently belong to, we haven’t discussed “Shadow People” . I was going to bring up this issue, because lately I have been seeing “Shadow People”. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen shadow people, but it has started again. I believe this is caused by increased stress and unhappiness in my life. My California Pdoc was never overly concerned about my experiences with shadow people. His main concern was to make sure that my shadow people did not instruct me to harm myself or others. Interesting topic !
